HASC is expanding to Port Arthur in September 2025, to better support industry across the Golden Triangle. Located at 1250 FM 365, Port Arthur, TX 77640, the new Occupational Health Center will offer trusted care delivered by OSHA-knowledgeable providers and board-certified occupational health physicians.

This comprehensive five-day course builds on foundational hazardous materials training with hands-on exercises and advanced safety topics. Participants will learn practical skills in chemical spill response, site control, decontamination, and confined space entry, along with CPR and first aid certification.

This instructor-led course blends classroom learning with hands-on activities to prepare trainees for work in permit-required confined spaces. Participants will cover OSHA standards for general industry and construction, hazard identification and control, and the roles of Entrants, Attendants, and Entry Supervisors. Practical exercises include air monitoring, ventilation, lockout/tagout, hazard assessments, and compliant permit entry — building the skills to work confidently and safely in challenging environments.
